The author explains, why such claims are destined to be rejected by the deputy. The fact is that such claims fall behind the deputys competences. The Federal Law On the status of the member of the Federation Council and the deputy of the State Duma imposes control functions on the deputy, together with the legislative ones. Upon the enquiry of the deputy, the work of Kirzhach investigation department had been examined. During a month the case had been evoked and sent to the Office of Investigations of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Vladimir region, to be considered by the special investigator.
